
Social Media & Content Intern
(Curricular Internship – 6 months)
We are an innovative startup specializing in the development of pangenomic software solutions aimed at making DNA analysis scalable, secure, and accessible.
Our goal is simple: to make complex genomic data easier to understand, use and act on.

We’re now looking for a 6-month Curricular Social Media & Content Intern to work side by side with our CMO, contributing to GenoGra’s strategic positioning and voice. No boring desks, just real startup energy and the opportunity to grow in one of the most exciting and fast-evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy Support
Contribute to the development of GenoGra’s LinkedIn communication strategy in collaboration with the CMO
Assist in the creation and management of the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with company priorities and key milestones
Content Development
Ideate and produce engaging and informative content aligned with the company’s tone of voice and brand strategy
Adapt content and messaging to different formats and audiences
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor key social media metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, and audience growth
Support the preparation of periodic performance reports and contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement
Requirements
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields
Strong interest in life sciences and technology
Excellent writing and editing skills
Good knowledge of social media platforms and their dynamics (especially LinkedIn)
Graphic & editing skills for multimedia content (Canva, Affinity, CapCut, or similar)
Native Italian or C1-level proficiency
Professional proficiency in English
Nice-to-Have
Previous experience in copywriting, digital communication, or social media management
Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and common digital tools
Interpersonal & Soft Skills
Curiosity and strong willingness to learn
Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative
Adaptability in a dynamic startup environment
Hands-on, solution-oriented attitude
