We believe the fastest way to prove what pangenomics can do is to put it in the hands of the researchers redefining their fields. Qualifying academic and non-profit groups receive a full GenoGra instance at no cost, with the documentation and support needed to get productive quickly.
In return, we ask only for feedback and, where the work warrants it, appropriate citation or co-authorship. Free access is granted on a case-by-case basis.

The full platform in your infrastructure, for full control.
Unlimited access lets you deploy the platform wherever you choose, in your own data center, your private cloud, or an HPC cloud environment running on compute clusters. Because the platform is container-based, it stays portable across infrastructures and meets even the strictest data-residency requirements. Your data never leaves your control.

For teams that prefer flexibility over a fixed commitment, Cloud On-Demand brings the full capabilities of the platform with usage-based, hourly pricing, available on the AWS Marketplace from Q4 2026.
Instances run inside your own cloud account, so your data stays entirely under your control and we never access it. Scale up for a large cohort, scale down when you're done, and pay only for what you use.
A free trial is available here too: we waive our usage fees during the trial period, while AWS infrastructure costs are billed directly by AWS to your own account.

Why aren’t prices listed?
Pricing depends on deployment model, scale, and use case — a small research deployment and an enterprise-scale implementation have very different needs. Rather than list a one-size-fits-all price, we tailor the configuration and licensing model to your situation. Get in touch and we’ll walk you through it.
Who is eligible for Academic & Research access?
Academic and non-profit research groups running research projects or pilots. Access is granted on a case-by-case basis. When usage scales to teaching, multi-lab, or institution-wide deployment, it moves to a standard institutional license.
When will Cloud On-Demand be available?
We’re targeting a Q4 2026 release on the AWS Marketplace, with usage-based hourly pricing. Join the waitlist to be notified when it goes live.
Do you ever access my data?
No. Across all options, your data stays under your control — on your premises or in your own cloud instances. GenoGra runs where your data lives; we don’t move it or access it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Unlimited Access includes a two-month free trial. Cloud On-Demand will also include a free trial: we waive GenoGra usage fees during the trial period, while the underlying AWS infrastructure costs are billed directly by AWS to your own account. Academic & Research doesn’t require a trial, as access is already free for qualifying research.
